Restore Your Glow

Your vintage vessel was chosen to be enjoyed long after the last flicker of its original candle. When your candle has finished burning, send it back to The Vintage Glow Company and we’ll restore its glow.

Our refill service is exclusively available for vintage vessels previously purchased from The Vintage Glow Company. Refills are $2 per ounce, with pricing based on the amount of wax your individual vessel holds.

Because each vintage vessel has its own size, shape, and wick requirements, not every Vintage Glow fragrance is available for every vessel. Available fragrance selections vary by vessel and will be provided once your piece has been evaluated for refill.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both to and from The Vintage Glow Company.

How It Works

1. Contact us to begin your refill.
Email us at hello@thevintageglowcompany.com with “Refill Your Glow” in the subject line. Include a photo of your Vintage Glow vessel so we can identify the piece and get your refill started.

2. Send us your vessel.
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll provide the address for sending your vessel back to The Vintage Glow Company. Shipping costs to our location are the customer’s responsibility.

3. We determine the refill size.
After your vessel arrives, we’ll determine how much wax it holds. Since vintage vessels vary considerably in size and shape, each refill is priced individually at $2 per ounce.

4. We create your custom refill order.
Once we know the capacity of your vessel, we’ll create a custom order for the exact refill amount needed. You’ll choose from the fragrances currently available and approved for your particular vessel, then complete payment for your refill plus return shipping.

5. We restore the glow.
Your vessel will be cleaned and prepared as needed, wicked appropriately, and refilled with your selected fragrance. Once your candle is ready, it will be carefully packaged and returned to you.

Vintage pieces were made to be kept, used, and enjoyed. Instead of letting a beautiful vessel disappear into a cabinet after the candle is gone, give it another chapter.
