Filigree No. 13 - Deep Diamond Point Candy Dish

A striking piece of vintage American glassware, this covered pedestal candy dish was made by Indiana Glass Company in its iconic Diamond Point pattern, introduced in the mid-1960s. The deeply textured pressed-glass design was created to catch and reflect light, giving everyday glassware the sparkling appearance of cut crystal.

With its dramatic pedestal base, ornate finial, and richly faceted lid and bowl, this substantial piece makes an impressive statement candle. Once the candle is finished, the vessel can return to its original purpose as a covered candy dish or decorative display piece.
